We started in 2011 with nothing but a domain name and a microphone, driven by that single, simple question. In a world where headlines are fleeting, we wanted to build something lasting.
Listen Orlando is a collective of Music Producers, Songwriters, Film Directors, Web Programmers, and Public School Teachers. This unique blend of entertainment and education ("Edutainment") allows us to reach the community in ways traditional news cannot.
We don't just report on the culture; we teach the history behind it, ensuring the next generation knows exactly whose shoulders they stand on. This is the Community Calling Card of Grace Jordan Studios—a place to connect, build relationships, and grow.

We chose the name Listen because it is the first step of education and the posture of prayer. In a noisy world, everyone is talking, but few are understanding.
To Listen is to humble oneself to learn.
To Listen is to honor the ancestors who came before us.
To Listen is to hear what God is speaking into our lives.

Listen Orlando is more than media; it is a Ministry. We believe that life is a perpetual learning process intended by God. To understand where we are going, we must understand our Creator.

True self-education requires tools. We are reimagining the newspaper by providing interactive resources for the Black and Latino communities to master the skills of tomorrow.
