WALKING BY FAITH - Trusting the Unseen
___
Gospel-Formation Thought
We crave control. We want to see the destination before we take the first step. But the Vibe of the Kingdom operates differently-it runs on trust, not sight (2 Corinthians 5:7). When confusion hits or plans fall apart, it isn't a sign that God has left the building; it's an invitation to lean heavier on Him. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to trust in the Lord with all our heart and lean not on our own understanding. God isn't asking you to figure it all out; He is asking you to follow Him one step at a time. The fog doesn't intimidate Him; He is the Light that cuts through it.
Gospel-Formation Response
Jesus modeled this perfect submission to the Father's timeline. Even when the road led to the cross, He didn't panic or pivot to His own understanding. He walked in perfect sync with the Father, knowing that the plan was good even when it was painful (Hebrews 12:2). The Spirit is now forming that same trust in us-teaching us to trade our anxiety for His assurance.
Gospel-Formation Prayer
Lord, silence the noise around me. When I cannot see the way forward, help me to trust Your hand. I surrender my need for control and accept Your peace. Guide my steps.
